SLA PRIVACY POLICY
Sharon Lynn Academy  is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, rent or give this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement.We request information from the user during our order process. Here a user must provide contact information (such as name and address) and may provide financial information (such as a credit card number). This information is used for billing purposes and order fulfillment. If we have trouble processing an order, the contact information is used to get in touch with the user.

SLA RETURN POLICY
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please send your item(s) back to us insured Parcel Post. Let us know if you would like something else for your return, your money back, credit card credited or a store credit for later use. Please enclose the original invoice and return to: SLA Returns, 3655 S Durango Drive, Suite 10, Las Vegas NV, 89147. Returns on SLA  items can be made within 30 days of shipment for exchange or refund, no exceptions. Sale items are not returnable or refundable. All refunds are for merchandise only, shipping charges are non-refundable,  Return requirements for all SLA products: 1) Must be in new, resalable condition in the original packaging with tags still attached, 2) ALL UNDERGARMENTS, TIGHTS, BOOKS, VIDEOS, CD'S, DVD'S, SALE ITEMS, CUSTOM LEOTARDS, EMBROIDERED ITEMS and MAKEUP ARE A FINAL SALE unless defective, 3) Must include instructions telling us what you would like done with your returned items, 4) Must include a copy of your invoice (If you send the original, it will not be returned).

CHECKMATE EMBROIDERY POLICIES
Please note that if you are placing an order with Checkmate Embroidery, no returns are allowed as the items are custom embroidered. You may, however bring the items to SLA to sell to another student.. No Checkmate Embroidery items will be accepted by SLA for resale if they are used, soiled or damaged. Please visit www.checkmateembroidery.com for all checkmate return/refund policies as they are not part of SLA.
